I am a first generation Cambodian Canadian, born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. I learned by doing, helping my mom cook family meals from the time I was old enough to hold a spatula. My job as her sous chef was to stir while I observed. After spending the past 14 years in the wine industry as a buyer, retail manager, and WSET educator, my heart and palate have brought me back to my roots.
I am here on a personal mission to showcase Cambodian cuisine to a broad new audience and have you thinking about Cambodian recipes the same way you do with many other Asian cuisines. My aim is to provide recipes that become part of your menu rolodex!
